Payment methods

Paying on the Sofa Buddy webshop is completely safe. We use SSL technology (secure socket layer) to secure your details during all sales transactions with us. All the information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it.

For all online payments, Sofa Buddy works with Mollie, one of Europe’s leading providers of payment services. The costs that are linked to this are charged in full to the customer. SHIPPING

Products ordered will be delivered as quickly as possible. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. For articles made to measure and according to the wishes of the customer (e.g. logo printing) the delivery time can be longer depending on the production time.

Conditions of delivery are those of bPost and DPD.

The maximum delivery period is 30 days, counting from the day after your order. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, you may cancel the undelivered orders / products at any time after you have been notified of the late delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund of the item(s) concerned within fourteen (14) days.

All prices listed in the web shop are in Euro (including VAT) and do not include shipping or transaction costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and will be added to your shopping cart during checkout. .

RETURNS

According to the law of 6 April 2010 – Wet betreffende marktpraktijken en consumentenbescherming – the consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase, without paying a penalty and without giving a reason within 15 working days from the day following the delivery of the product. This cannot be invoked, since the products in question are strictly speaking hygiene products that can no longer be sold to other people.
